Kudos: ACC Member Matt Heide Teaching Concrete Sculpture Workshop, U of A - Edmonton, AB

On March 25, ACC Member Matt Heide, concrete artist and owner of Concrete Cat Design House, will instruct a concrete sculpture workshop in which engineering students will cast in concrete, objects chosen to evoke memories of the schooling of an engineering (calculator, computer mouse, a gear, and shot glass to name a few)

The event is a part of (con)centricity, the third annual engineering art show at the University of Alberta. The art exhibit open to the Edmonton engineering community (including professionals, students, faculty, and retirees) from March 17-27, 2014.
