Financial Officer/Bookkeeper
Permanent part-time
Requirements: combination of accounting education and experience with non-profit organizations. Proficient with Simply Accounting Program.


  • Coordinates bi-monthly payroll, accounts payable and receivable, monthly bank reconciliations and payroll remittance. Prepares monthly shop sales reports and consignment cheques.
  • Completes GST, WCB, Casino reports, and payroll T4s and T4 Summary.
  • Works with Executive Director and other staff on preparing yearly budgets.
  • Maintains CADAC financial information and prepares financial information for grant applications and reports.
  • Produces financial statements and reports for the Treasurer and the board.
  • Works with auditors to complete year end statements for Annual Report and AGM.
