Margaret Joan Sundstrom's retrospective show Margaret Sundstrom, Ceramic Artist, A Retrospective of a Life's Exploration in the Whimsical has been presented as the inaugural exhibition at the Hotbox Studio. Margaret was included in more than 24 shows beginning in 1978. Her oeuvre is best summarized in her own words "I make both non-functional and domestic pieces. I do not aspire to be recognized nor has my work influenced other potters. The fact that I can see my work being enjoyed and used by friends and family who receive it as gifts make this vocation more than worthwhile".
